Now you have the chance to be part of a unique and exciting journey with us in the role of Site Manager for Förbifart Stockholm! Förbifart Stockholm is one of the longest tunnels for road traffic in the world. Eltel is a partner to Yunex Traffic, and together we have been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to install telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems for the new stretch of E4, Förbifart Stockholm. As a Site Manager at Eltel and Förbifart Stockholm, you will lead technicians and installers working across 14 different technical areas. These areas include, for example, fiber systems, camera systems, fire systems, radio systems, and the construction of communication networks. You will be responsible for several different teams of about 3 technicians in each group. The teams focus on different technical areas where you will be the coordinator and link between them.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delegating work for your teams
• Planning and material supply for the upcoming weeks' work tasks together with the Site Manager, Production Planner, and Logistics Supervisor
• Taking responsibility for solving the problems and challenges the teams encounter in their daily work
• Working to ensure that installations are carried out according to schedule and documentation according to applicable requirements
• Ensuring that the installers in your team follow guidelines for working environment and use of protective equipment
• Monitoring daily work, documenting, and reporting this upwards in the organization

Additional Information

• The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
• Location: Bromma
• Workplace: Skärholmen or Vinsta

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within electrical, telecommunications, control, and monitoring
• Practical experience in the above technical areas and a good understanding of how the work is performed, or relevant education
• Broad technical knowledge in electrical, telecommunications, control, and monitoring systems, preferably within intelligent traffic systems
• Good system proficiency
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
