About the position
We are currently looking for a driven and structured Accounting Assistant/Receptionist on behalf of our client, who wants to take on a broad role focusing on finance and administration. You will work in a varied position where approximately 60-80% of the work involves financial tasks, with the opportunity to gradually increase your responsibilities in the finance area over time.
Your future tasks
You will be responsible for both administrative and financial tasks, which requires a good ability to prioritize and structure your work. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Managing the switchboard and welcoming visitors.
- Ordering office supplies, handling incoming mail and email inbox.
- Annual reporting, matching customer payments, and handling supplier invoices.
- Creating payment files and managing the lunch cash register, including reconciling lunch vouchers.
- Contract management and possibly travel expense systems, including receipt verification.
We are looking for you who
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of financial work and experience in administrative tasks. You thrive in a service-oriented environment and have the ability to prioritize and structure your work effectively. We also see that you have:
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience in receptionist and/or administrative work.
- Knowledge in finance and good computer skills.
- Experience with Excel.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of SAP.

- Location: Sollentuna
- Extent: Full-time - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Employment form: Consulting assignment until September 31, with the possibility of permanent recruitment.
