About the Company
Rechon Life Science AB is a privately owned pharmaceutical company with approximately 260 employees based in Malmö. For over 60 years, they have delivered aseptic products according to international requirements for pharmaceuticals. Today, the focus is on contract manufacturing of both registered drugs and materials for clinical trials. Their customers are located worldwide and include both smaller start-up companies and big pharma corporations.
Emploid has regained trust and is now helping Rechon Life Science find more inspectors!
The position is initially a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment.
About the Role
As an inspector, you will become part of a well-knit team responsible for inspecting aseptic injection preparations. The role requires a high level of quality and precision as you work according to current SOPs and GMP regulations. The tasks include manual, semi-automated, and fully automated inspection of aseptic injection preparations. Through your work, you ensure that the products are not defective and that the work is performed correctly. A significant part of your work will also involve documenting the various steps of the process. More specifically, the role includes:
- Preparation of materials for inspection
- Inspection both manually and with the help of machines
- Accurate documentation of the work
About You
We are looking for someone who wants to work in an environment where you have the opportunity to work with life-critical products. The client company's operations have high-quality standards, and it is expected that you are meticulous and responsible in your work. Quality is a common thread throughout your work, where you understand that the important thing is to get the work done correctly, not quickly. You thrive best in close collaboration with your colleagues, where the group's performance and delivery are the focus rather than your own. A great deal of humility and conscientiousness permeates your work, where you can both speak up if there is something you are unsure about and focus on the task at hand.
Additionally, the following are required for the position:
- Completed secondary education
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- 3-5 years of work experience
The following are advantageous:
- Previous experience in inspection or quality work in a production environment
- Previous experience working in healthcare and social care
