ABOUT THE ROLE As the marketing, recruitment, and administration manager with us, you will have a central role within the organization. You will develop and implement strategies to strengthen Progressio's brand, both internally and externally. A spider in the web role, simply put. You will be the link between our salespeople and our partners, as well as help drive leads for our social media and ensure that contracts are in the right places and are correct.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving digital campaigns, and optimizing our visibility within the hotel and restaurant industry.

YOUR TASKS

Be responsible for and develop marketing strategies internally and externally.

Identify and attract the right target audience through digital channels in partnerships, as well as for employee purposes.

Maintain contact with our collaborations and publish engaging content, short reels, and paid ads.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Strengthen our brand internally and externally.

Drive campaigns focused on increased brand awareness and recruitment.

Collaborate with sales to create attractive ads in the form of lead generation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have experience in marketing in owned and earned channels. Enjoy video and film creation with short reels. Are used to working independently and driving processes forward. Have good communication skills and are used to working with your phone. Are solution-oriented and have the ability to create engaging and converting content. Have experience with social media strategies, especially on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You are a doer and enjoy meeting people. At the same time, you have a good understanding of the market and can be analytical.

START DATE When we find the right person for the role, either June 1 or September 1. Salary: By agreement 100% Permanent (6 months probation). Location: Gothenburg (remote work available at times).
