Looking for Friends to Join Our Stores in Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg

We are now looking for more Friends to join our various stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg areas. As a Friend, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, Lindex, etc.

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular tasks in the store, such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customers. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a REQUIREMENT that you have another primary occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed your high school education.
• It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings.
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
