The Assignment

We are now looking for an operational team leader for our client in northern Stockholm. We are looking for someone who currently works in a warehouse in a role with some responsibility and is seeking their next challenge! The tasks of the operational team leader will involve a lot of management and administrative work, where you will be responsible for the planning and follow-up for your department in the warehouse. You will be in direct contact with your employees, colleagues, and the company's management, with your closest contact being the operations manager.

In addition to this, the role also includes the following responsibilities:

• Training and coaching of employees to achieve goals and development plans
• Communicate and adhere to the company's strategies, routines, and standard processes
• The position also involves improvement work within efficiency and development in the department.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but you need to be flexible for shifted working hours during peak season.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we believe you are an active leader who takes initiative, is responsible, and supports your employees in daily operations. You should be a good example and role model when it comes to employee engagement on site. You are fair, goal-oriented, and understand the importance of established rules and routines to maintain a very high quality and achieve set goals. We see that you have previous experience in a leadership role with an interest in development.

It is advantageous if you have a few years of experience in warehouse work or in the transport sector, as well as experience with WMS systems. Experience with automation is a big plus. You also need to have good computer skills and be able to communicate well in Swedish.
