As a traffic manager at Kalajoki Transport, you play a central role in our daily operations. Your main responsibilities include planning and coordinating transports, supporting our drivers, and ensuring that all work processes run smoothly. You will also be responsible for customer contact, quality control, and financial follow-up.

• Daily planning of runs/orders
• Support for drivers in the field
• Ensuring a good working environment
• Approval of time reports and scheduling
• Leading lifts in Greater Stockholm and surrounding areas
• Order placement and invoicing

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the transport industry and good leadership skills. You are a problem solver who enjoys working independently and taking initiative. To thrive with us, it is important that you are service-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the transport industry or equivalent education
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B (meritorious with BE, C, or CE license)

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement, but we wish to fill the position from March onwards. We apply individual salary setting.
