About the job

We are looking for someone who is motivated by overall responsibility and enjoys a coordinating role where you can create conditions for success in an exciting company.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Transport administration, creating contact with the driver during routes as needed
  • Arranging external transports with accompanying documentation.
  • Arranging bookings for service, inspections, and tire changes for the company's vehicles
  • Managing routing, scheduling, reporting, etc.
  • Various purchases including work clothes and materials for vehicles.

Education and qualifications

As a transport administrator, there are demands for commitment, availability, and efficiency. Since the pace of work varies, we believe you are a person who thrives and is driven by this, while it does not affect your structured ability. We also believe that you have a service-oriented and adaptable approach as well as good collaboration skills. Social competence is important for developing and maintaining good business relationships.

This is an opportunity for you who have:

  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Very good computer skills
  • Experience with the Office suite
