Pågen's Lilla Harrie Mill is expanding and is now looking for a Miller. A position for those who want to be part of the refinement of Swedish food and manage the flour flow - an important part of the company's process from grain to loaf.

Together with engaged colleagues, you will be an important part of Lilla Harrie Mill's operations to supply Pågen and other bakeries with flour. As a Miller, you will take care of and monitor everything from cleaning grains, milling flour to mixing and loading finished flour.

What does the role entail?

The main tasks as a Miller at our mill in Lilla Harrie include monitoring and optimizing machines in the manufacturing process. Since we handle food, sampling and analysis are an important part of the daily tasks. This also means that we place great emphasis on maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and thus continuous cleaning of equipment and premises is particularly important.

The work involves both solitary work and teamwork. The role includes shift work, including weekends and nights. Some of the work takes place at high heights and in confined spaces.

Who are you?

We would like you to have previous experience as a process operator, preferably from another food production or process industry, as understanding the process flow is important, and of course, you should be curious to learn new production methods and processes. You are a meticulous, committed person who likes to take responsibility. In your work, you will have several processes running simultaneously, which means you must have the ability to plan and prioritize as well as handle stress.

To thrive in the role, you also need to appreciate the challenges that a business requires to function every day of the year so that our mill can supply our customers' bakeries with flour. You also need to have a good technical understanding as the work includes some light mechanical maintenance and repairs.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant education and experience as a process operator
• Focus on quality in all parts of your work and work in a structured manner
• The ability to work both independently and in a team
• A driver's license and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Forklift and/or loader operator certification is an advantage
• Experience working with computers
