Welcome to the friendly Folktandvården Västertorg located in the Eriksberg district of Uppsala. It is easy to reach here by bus, taking about 12 minutes, or by bike in about 15 minutes from Uppsala city. Currently, 24 employees work here, and the clinic has 9 treatment rooms. Our wonderful colleague is retiring after many years at the clinic, and we are therefore looking for a successor. Could this be a position for you? We are a dedicated team that together creates a good working atmosphere and a positive work environment. We provide modern, health-oriented dental care, and the clinic has specialized competence and niche dentists in both prosthetics and surgery.

Your mission

We can offer a varied and developing job with both children and adult patients. All professional roles are important in the examination and treatment of our patients, and we expect you to enjoy working in a team and actively collaborate with dental nurses and dental hygienists who work independently. We work health-oriented, and many of our adult revision patients have dental care agreements, which provide continuity for the patients and a good working environment for us. For you who are a newly graduated dentist, there are experienced colleagues at the clinic, and you will receive guidance and participate in the Adept program, our introduction program for newly graduated dentists.

Your qualifications

To apply for this position, you must have completed dental education and received a license from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is an advantage if you have previous work experience as a dentist or work experience in dental care, healthcare, or from service professions. In addition to good professional skills, we want you to be engaged in your work and provide high-quality interactions and care, as well as have good communication skills with patients and colleagues. It is important that you are positive, flexible, meticulous, and work quality-conscious with a high service level focused on the patient. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
