Process Operators for our Tortilla Factory in Landskrona

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team at Santa Maria's Tortilla Factory in Landskrona! As a process operator, you will work in teams in our production, with a strong focus on ensuring a good process, conducting quality controls, preventive maintenance, and adhering to our safety regulations. You will handle all tasks on the production lines and contribute to ensuring our high standards for product quality, hygiene, and delivery reliability. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve our goals together. Your commitment and drive to contribute to improvement efforts will be crucial for your success with us.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform work according to applicable instructions
• Participate in the development of standardized work instructions (SOPs).
• Ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Work on continuous improvements to achieve our production goals and KPIs.
• Document and manage data in business and production systems.
• Collaborate with planning and other departments to ensure delivery reliability.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience working in production, preferably in the food industry.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to work systematically with order and tidiness.
• Computer skills and experience working in business systems (AX and M3 are advantageous).
• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement, and knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience with some form of improvement work (LEAN and TPM) is advantageous.

We currently offer two types of employment:

• Permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months, full-time with rotating 5-shift.
• Temporary employment, full-time with rotating 5-shift.
