One of our nurses will be retiring. Therefore, we are now looking for a district nurse/nurse for our health center.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you will meet a wide range of patients, from children to the elderly, all with different needs to varying degrees. We work with many agencies, which means you will have varied tasks and a broad competence. With us, you will have a stimulating and educational job! Being available for our patients is something we value highly.

At our health center, doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, CBT therapists, psychologists, medical secretaries, receptionists, and a foot care therapist work together. We have specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, and wounds. You will be part of a team where we work together from both a patient and employee perspective.

The position involves daytime work, including health care advice via TeleQ, 1177 e-services, and 1177 direct. The work also includes acute assessment reception and planned nurse reception. There is an opportunity for specialist clinics depending on needs and competence. Our mission is governed by Vårdval Dalarna.

We offer individually tailored onboarding based on your previous experience.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have a few years of work experience in the profession.

Specialist competence as a district nurse, specialist training in diabetes, and experience in health care advice via TeleQ and digital channels are meritorious, but this is not a requirement.

Personal qualities:

You are flexible and have a good ability to work independently. You appreciate collaborating with other professional categories and agencies and are keen to maintain a good reception. You are interested in promoting a good work environment. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
