Art Enthusiast Personal Assistant Wanted!

About me:
I am a woman in my sixties living with my daughter, her husband, and my grandchild in Bergshamra, Solna. I have recently been granted personal assistance, which means I will have the opportunity to be a grandmother, spend time with my family, pursue my interests, take care of my home, myself, and of course much more. I enjoy being outdoors in nature where I find peace to meditate. It would be great if we could share interests such as art, spirituality, and philosophy.

About you:
Are you caring, patient, and possess a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life? You are a woman between 40-60 years old with good physical health, have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and secure in yourself. You do not wear perfume or other scented products while working with me. You speak good Swedish as I will occasionally need you to communicate in both written and spoken forms. Being detail-oriented and meticulous are also two qualities I appreciate. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and everything that comes with life is naturally part of your duties. So are my close personal needs. Of course, you must like children, as a grandmother I want to be able to assist in my grandchild's life. Does that sound interesting? Then I hope to meet you!

The position:
Is one Saturday a month from 08:00 to 22:00. There will also be opportunities to fill in extra. To be employed, you must present valid ID, a police record extract, and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Collective agreement salaries (Fremia - Kommunal), we apply individual salary setting.

Staffing:
This position includes an extended (and paid) staffing assignment which means that every third week you must be available at times other than working hours to call in a substitute or step in yourself when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants working on a regular schedule.
