In the role of a salesperson, you will meet our customers every day, via phone, email, or chat in our e-commerce from our office on Lindhagensgatan, Stockholm. They represent a diversity of languages and food cultures, so you will become part of an exciting industry with high energy and constant development. We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator with a solution-focused mindset and a strong customer focus. Everyone here contributes to making the whole as good as possible. We keep our promises. This requires your ability to stay organized in your daily work, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently. In this way, we build and nurture long-term professional relationships, with each other and with our customers.
You will be part of our private sales department in Stockholm. We have a strong internal community where we work together, support each other, and have fun.

Your main responsibilities:
Your job is to help customers navigate our product range and service offerings. You create sales opportunities by promoting current offers and ensuring that your customers have access to what they need every week.
- Nurture & Develop customers
- Participate in customer visits/trade fairs
- Work in smaller teams with KAM & Specialists
Important for the job to suit you.
You have a strong drive and high service sense – combined with administrative skills and the ability to work with smart digital tools. To be effective in this role, good business acumen, analytical ability, and a willingness to learn new things are essential. Your passion for food and ingredients will also be a great asset.
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Are good at building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
- Are sales-oriented with good business acumen.
- Have a good sense for numbers and a quick learning ability.
- Have completed high school or vocational training.
- Have experience in sales and customer service.
- If you have experience from the restaurant industry or speak more languages than Swedish and English, we consider this an advantage.
