ABOUT THE POSITION
Due to a parental leave, we are looking for two new part-time employees on behalf of our partner. In this position, you will be part of their donor service team, which works to manage donations, communicate with donors, and administer data in our CRM system. The organization we are assisting is the world's largest independent global environmental organization. Everything they do is based on the goal of ensuring the earth's ability to nurture life in all its diversity. The position is part-time, and working hours are scheduled Mon-Fri 09:00-15:00. We are looking for someone who is a student and can work at least two shifts a week and up to full-time during the summer. Initially, you will receive onboarding for 2 weeks in May, during which you are required to be available for most weekdays.
This is a staffing assignment through Academic Work expected to last about 1 year starting in May.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
- Handle incoming inquiries from donors via phone and email
- Import and administer files related to donors and donations (weekly donations, monthly donations, one-time donations)
- Manage mail handling, print and send welcome letters, thank-you cards, and update address information.
- Administer payments and donations, including bank giro donations and incoming mail.
- Work in the CRM system (Salesforce) and manage data in Excel and Word.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in a service-oriented role
- Enjoys working with phone and email as primary tools
- Has good knowledge of Excel, Word, and is familiar with the Microsoft Office package
- Has experience in administration
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work
- Can start in May with two weeks of onboarding

- Worked in customer service or sales before
