• Work in the area of Customer Data MDM where we are responsible for the bank's customer data, an overarching view of customer engagement, as well as the bank's products and billing. Our business-critical systems are used by the entire Swedbank.

In this role, you need to:

• Have at least 3–4 years of experience in COBOL programming on the IBM z/OS Mainframe platform.
• Have knowledge of DB2 databases and SQL.
• Have knowledge of Batch/JCL programming.
• Be able to work with on-call duties.
• Also work with the management of our systems including incident management.
• Have a passion for problem-solving (see opportunities) and a strong desire to learn.
• Be meticulous, risk-aware, and strive for quality.
• Be curious, take initiative, open and transparent, and share knowledge with others.
• Understand Swedish and be able to communicate in English.
