Dietitian for Geriatrics, Neurology, and Rehabilitation

The Hospitals in the West is an administration within the Västra Götaland Region and consists of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Local Hospital, Högsbo Local Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. Approximately 3000 employees work with us every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare of the highest quality.

We are looking for a dietitian for the Geriatrics, Neurology, and Rehabilitation department.

Welcome

We welcome you as a dietitian to join us in Rehabilitation part-time 50%, starting 250901. You will primarily work with patients in our stroke unit but will also have some consulting responsibilities within our area of operations.

The dietitian meets patients individually in the department for nutritional assessment and investigation. As a dietitian, you will be part of a rehabilitation team and, of course, part of the team in the department, where you participate in the department's rounds.

The dietitian is also a knowledge resource for healthcare staff and collaborates closely with other dietitians in the hospital.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed dietitian. You have a positive attitude and always put the patient's best interests at the center. You are proactive and attentive, have an easy time collaborating, and possess an empathetic approach.

Experience in similar operations is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
