In the role of information security specialist, you will be a key player in developing a long-term and sustainable security culture, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

As an information security specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring and strengthening the company's information security both internally and towards customers. Your time will be divided between internal and external responsibilities. Internally, you will lead the work of implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards, as well as developing and maintaining security policies and guidelines. Externally, you will act as an advisor and expert support for Norteam's customers, conducting security audits and helping them develop their own security strategies, risk assessments, and incident management plans.

• Lead and implement information security strategies within the company and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.

• Be responsible for compliance with ISO 27001 and other security standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and security evaluations to identify and manage potential threats and vulnerabilities.

• Act as an advisor to customers regarding information security and compliance with security standards, including ISO 27001.

• Conduct security audits and ensure that customers' information management meets best practices and relevant legal requirements.

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

• Experience working with security in an advisory role, preferably towards customers.

• Deep knowledge and experience of ISO 27001 and other security standards.

• Experience conducting risk assessments, security audits, and ensuring compliance.

• Ability to communicate and educate at all levels within organizations and for external stakeholders.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have the ability to explain complex security issues in an understandable and pedagogical way, making you a valued partner both internally and externally. To thrive in the role, we also see that you have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, and that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to new demands and changes.

You are solution-oriented and used to working proactively, with the goal of continuously improving security routines. You have good administrative skills and structure in your work, which allows you to quickly grasp both internal and external challenges. In an effective manner, you find long-term and sustainable solutions while ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled carefully and with high quality.
