Then we might have the job for you. We offer a temporary position of about 30 hours a week during June, July, and August. There is an opportunity to start as early as April/May with an introduction and a few shifts – during the introduction period, you are expected to work 8 hours a week.
The position may potentially develop into a part-time position in the fall.
From the customer's perspective
As a part-time salesperson, you will have an exciting and challenging workday, where one of your most important tasks is to guide and sell to our customers based on our guiding principle from the customer's perspective. From the customer's perspective means to us that you, as a salesperson, are out on the floor meeting customers to help them find the right products that fit their needs. We place great importance on providing customers with good service when they visit us, and that they always feel they receive the right guidance.
Are you passionate about selling and can you inspire our customers?
As a part-time salesperson at ILVA, the prerequisites for success are that you:
- Have the ability to sell and provide good customer service.
- Enjoy customer contact and understand how to meet customer needs and advise on the best solutions.
- Have a pronounced competitive spirit, are goal-oriented, and pursue strong results.
- Are outgoing and engaged, and can take initiative and work independently.
- Have plenty of energy and can handle a busy workday with many different tasks.
- Are organized and structured.
The most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to sell and develop your sales skills. It is a great advantage if you have previous experience in sales and customer service, and it is meritorious if you have prior experience in selling furniture and beds.
