Care Assistant, Night Shift for Fjällbacka Service 2 at Hogslätts Elderly Home

The Care Administration is looking for a care assistant for night work.

The position is a permanent employment with a workload of 64 percent. Start date by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

Care work during the night at our group home Hogslätt, which accommodates eight residents with dementia. The position involves working alone with assistance from on-call staff if needed. We offer a meaningful job that is varied but also demanding. Therefore, it requires good health, initiative, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to collaborate. We apply fixed scheduling with work every other weekend. Documentation and medication signing in Treserva. Work planning according to the mapping method in Tenilo.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program with advanced courses in "Care and Nursing for Dementia" and "Elderly Health and Quality of Life", or education deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have knowledge and experience of BPSD. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills, experience in care and nursing work, and personal suitability. Basic computer skills are an advantage as documentation is done in the operational system Treserva. You must have a protected professional title as a care assistant or be covered by transitional provisions to be offered the position.
