About the role

As a quality engineer with us, you will play a central role in driving and developing quality work. You will work on identifying and eliminating sources of errors, managing deviations and complaints, and contributing to a continuous improvement of our processes. We are looking for someone with a technical background and a good understanding of production flows.

Your main tasks

• Create, implement, and update routines to prevent deviations.
• Register and manage customer and supplier complaints.
• Drive quality projects and develop processes.
• Support and educate internally on quality and process issues.
• Participate in audits of internal processes and subcontractors.

Who are you?

We are looking for a structured and analytical team player with an interest in technology and quality. You are communicative, curious, and unpretentious in your collaboration with colleagues. Experience in deviation management or quality work is an advantage but not a requirement.
