The diagnostic area (VO) consists of four units: Radiology Kristianstad, Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine Kristianstad, Radiology Hässleholm, and Radiology Ystad. There are approximately 225 employees working in the diagnostic area. Our operation in Hässleholm consists of about 30 people. We are a smaller hospital, which means that most of us are familiar faces to each other, and we collaborate a lot across boundaries. Here, there are great opportunities to develop in your profession.

At the radiology unit in Hässleholm, approximately 40,000 examinations are performed each year. Our department consists of two skeletal-lung labs, a fluoroscopy lab, a CT scanner, an MR camera (magnetic resonance imaging), and an ultrasound lab. The patients mainly come from Hässleholm Hospital and the surrounding municipalities. The operation is production-oriented with a focus on efficient flow, quality, flexibility, and optimal availability for patients, achieved through qualified, flexible, and engaged employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We now have the opportunity to welcome two new employees! We are looking for you, an engaged radiographer who wants to contribute your expertise with us.

As a radiographer, you work independently with patient examinations and assessments that form the basis for diagnosis and treatment of patients. A workday with us includes, among other things, assisting doctors, monitoring, pharmacological management during procedures, and other common radiographer tasks. We constantly work on development and quality improvement and expect you to be a natural part of the unit's work in this.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed radiographer with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.

As a person, you are flexible and quality-conscious. To be successful in the position, you need to be able to plan, organize, and prioritize in your work. You enjoy new challenges and thrive in both planned and acute operations. Furthermore, you work towards the unit's goals, want to take responsibility, and have good collaboration skills.
