On July 1, 2025, ONE Nordic will take over the operation and maintenance of Ellevio's electricity grid in Värmland, and we are therefore looking for someone to work as our local work environment and environmental coordinator in the area.

We deliver efficient and high-quality comprehensive solutions to customers such as large grid owners, local electricity companies, municipalities, and companies in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. The areas we work with include the operation and maintenance of local grids, regional grids, and station facilities. Job Description As an Operational Work Environment Coordinator, you will be a key person in our safety, work environment, and environmental efforts. Your role is to support the operations and collaborate with the manager and safety representatives in your area. You will have close cooperation with our HSEQ department. Responsibilities • Risk management in the field and at establishment

• Emergency planning in the field – risk assessments and equipment

• Work environment plans

• Support for BAS-P

• ENIA management – ensuring that investigations, reports, and feedback are done as well as follow-up on planned activities

• Systematic fire protection work (SBA)

• Handling of chemicals

A large part of your daily work will be spent traveling and working in the field.

You will join a friendly team and be one of those who contribute to the common result. We work under contracts with customers, and therefore it is expected that you are attentive and have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and external customers. Having a service and results-oriented approach is natural for you.

Requirements To succeed in the role of operational work environment coordinator, you should have at least 3 years of experience in work environment, environmental, and/or electrical safety. Experience from the electrical, construction, or other contracting industries is an advantage.

You need to be fluent in Swedish and have a B driving license.

The position is security classified, and a security check will be conducted in connection with employment.
