Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life, the whole life.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us where continuous improvements create conditions for good quality.

Your tasks include personal care, case management duties, and social and physical activities together with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a good environment for our residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in geriatrics and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and nursing is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required to communicate with users, perform documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

A driver's license and personal car are not a requirement, but it is a prerequisite for you to be able to get to and from the workplace as there are no bus connections that fit the working hours.
