You are our face to our guests. Therefore, it is important that you are friendly, cheerful, and enjoy providing service. You maintain order and cleanliness at work and are active, reliable, and work independently. You aim to deliver a high standard in your work and solve any questions/problems that arise.

You are involved in the team and the development of the business, suggest improvements, and understand that you are an important link to the guest's overall experience at Interpool. When we have a lot to do and the job becomes stressful, it is important that you can handle this constructively, keep working, and fulfill the task of serving the guest in the best way.

Experience is a merit but not a requirement. We provide training on-site. We would like you to grow with the task and increase your working hours and responsibilities over time.

If you lack experience in the restaurant industry but have worked in another service profession and have the right attitude, willingness, and mindset to learn, there is a good chance that you will fit in with us.

We take a long-term view of our staff and invest in you if you have ambition and willingness. The position is part-time. You will work weekends, evenings, and nights. Both roles can be combined.

A bit of your daily work:

As a cloakroom attendant, you are often the first person the guest meets, and it is important that you make a good impression. You are responsible for guests' clothes and accessories, organize the cloakroom, and manage the cash register.

As a cleaner, you keep an extra eye on ensuring that guests have a clean and tidy environment. You constantly move around the premises and ensure that tables and other surfaces are free from dishes and trash.

In both roles, you handle preparations and closures and ensure that everything is in place before and after your shift. It includes being involved, helping where needed, solving questions when they arise, and taking responsibility for ensuring that Interpool operates and functions in the best way for our guests. When we are at our peak and have events, the work can be stressful, and you need to handle this constructively and keep working with a smile.
