Uppsala Mat och Fest operates Restaurant and Event Hall Sven Dufva. We also have a comprehensive catering business that delivers food and experiences in Uppsala to companies, municipalities, regions, universities, and private individuals. We operate every day of the week. Sven Dufva's Event Hall is located in Uppsala Science Park and can accommodate 240 seated guests or approximately 450 mingling guests. In addition to a solid lunch operation on weekdays, we also have a unique Event Hall where we host weddings, defenses, corporate events, launches, etc.

The catering company also has a comprehensive event operation, primarily focused on companies, municipalities, regions, and the university.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a kitchen & relevant education for it. You have a good overview of the tasks, can work under stress while maintaining quality. You can work independently or in a team, with a cheerful and outgoing demeanor, and of course, have a positive attitude towards people and service.

A driver's license is an advantage.

You will work in a well-knit team with tasks focused on cooking and service within the restaurant industry. We serve lunch during the day on weekdays, have smaller and larger events in our Event Hall in the evenings and weekends, and prepare and deliver catering several days a week.

We see you as an important part of the work to achieve our goals. The working hours are mostly scheduled on weekdays between approximately 08:00-16:00, with weekend and evening work occurring.
