As an age verifier and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the country visiting stores, cafes, restaurants, etc., to conduct so-called test purchases of e.g. gambling, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol to see if the sales unit requests identification for age-restricted goods. Furthermore, as a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct anonymous quality measurements. You will act as an ordinary customer and assess, among other things, the environment, sales, and staff's service based on a customized protocol with various measurement points, similar to a customer or market survey. We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed continuously.

Forms of age verification, i.e., checks to ensure that alcohol is not sold to minors. (Alcohol Act Chapter 5 § 5).

Do you enjoy expressing yourself in writing, have a B driver's license, and are structured in your work? Then you have good prerequisites to become a great Mystery Shopper with us. If you have previously worked in service jobs and/or have cash register experience, we consider this an advantage.

The position also includes working on the go a few days per month. This can vary between 3-5 consecutive days. Depending on the month and assignments, the amount of work and overnight stays outside Stockholm may vary. You will work both independently and in a team with a colleague.

The job can be combined with lighter studies or another part-time job, but there is also room for the right person to approach full-time. The workload varies month to month depending on our clients' assignments. Working hours are mainly during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur occasionally. You need to be able to work 3 weeks a month and also be able to stay overnight.

The position starts with an introduction in April, and you need to be available then to start the job.
