About the Role

Whether you work in our assembly or as an operator in injection molding, your responsibilities include:

• Performing assigned tasks according to instructions.
• Conducting quality checks and reporting any deviations.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness and ensuring a good handover to the next shift.
• Actively contributing to a safe and secure working environment.

We have a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability. Experience, knowledge, and interest in these areas are highly meritorious.

Your Background

You have experience in production work, preferably within the automotive industry, and understand the requirements for product and process quality. You are solution-oriented, take strong responsibility, and have customer focus. As a colleague, you generously share your knowledge and support where needed.

We expect you to have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage, as are good English skills. An interest in and knowledge of safety, quality, and sustainability is a significant plus.
