We are looking for a new colleague at Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB to join our process engineering team as a Technical Process Manager! Saint-Gobain Sekurit is based in Eslöv, and you will report to the Plant Manager. As a Technical Process Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and develop the processes throughout the factory to ensure optimal efficiency, capacity, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with various departments to achieve our production goals and meet customer needs.

Role Description

As a Technical Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing technology and process improvements to optimize the factory's performance. You will have a strategic role where you coordinate between project teams and technicians to ensure an efficient production process and support product development. An important part of your work will be to analyze and identify losses in the production lines and develop and implement measures to improve efficiency and collect relevant data on unknown losses.

Your role also includes:

  • Planning and conducting tests on production lines, analyzing data, documenting results, and implementing measures based on these analyses.
  • Leading and driving improvement projects focusing on increasing efficiency and quality in the production lines.

Experience & Requirements

  • Engineering degree with a focus on technology or industrial production.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the process industry, preferably with a background in the glass industry or continuous production.
  • Solid experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to implement and drive improvement processes with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

You are a structured and analytical person with strong leadership abilities. You have a burning interest in development, are goal-oriented, ambitious, and communicative. Curiosity and a questioning mindset are obvious traits that drive you in your professional life. You work well both independently and in teams and have a natural ability to build and develop relationships.
