Do you want to be part of developing e-commerce and helping companies grow on one of the largest digital marketplaces? We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and supporting new customers in their growth journey.
In this role, you will work on identifying and attracting new customers, helping them integrate their products onto the platform, and developing strategies to maximize their success. You will work in a dynamic environment where you have full responsibility for achieving business and financial goals.
About the role
In this Account Manager role, you will focus on acquiring and onboarding new customers. This means both prospecting, attracting, and implementing new customers while helping them get the most out of the products and services offered. You will have the opportunity to contribute your business acumen and drive to meet set budgets.
Part of the job involves analyzing sales and traffic data to identify opportunities that help existing customers succeed. By providing insights and recommendations, you help customers increase their sales. The role is focused on growth in the Swedish market but also involves close collaboration with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities and tasks;
- Build long-term relationships with new customers and assist them in integrating their products on the marketplace.
- Be responsible for business development and revenue growth within selected product categories.
- Analyze sales and traffic data to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with global teams to share insights and best practices.
- Drive projects to optimize customer and buyer experiences together with internal and external stakeholders.
Your background
We are looking for someone with experience in complex sales of products and/or services. You have strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, preferably in Excel or similar tools. You have a clear communication style and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders' needs. You possess good negotiation skills and thrive in a changing and evolving environment where you work independently and are driven by results. With your high organizational skills and structured approach, you ensure delivery with precision.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis in Excel or similar tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in additional Nordic languages (Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
- Experience in retail, technology, or e-commerce industries.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
