Lycka omsorg AB is now seeking a structured and service-oriented administrator for a full-time position, where the working hours are divided approximately 50% administrative and 50% with customers. We are an ISO-certified organization and offer collective agreements for our employees.

About the position:

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role where you work with both administrative tasks, including planning of services, and participate in the daily operations with customers. You will be an important part of our team and help ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative management of staff and customer schedules in Treserva and TES
• Planning of staff and services
• Support the organization with documentation and reporting
• Communication with staff, customers, and relatives
• Perform home care services with customers
• Updating and administration of customer and staff registers
• Invoicing and financial follow-up
• Organize and take minutes at meetings, as well as handle labor law matters
• Participate in quality work and ensure compliance with the organization's routines

Qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (required)
• Driver's license B (required)
• Experience working in Treserva and TES (required)
• Good administrative skills and experience working with computers
• Ability to communicate and write in Swedish (required)
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented
