We are looking for an experienced and self-driven project manager to lead the client's AI projects. The role involves leading and coordinating multiple parallel Proof of Concept (PoC) projects where the client implements and builds AI assistants and AI agents for their customers.

As a project manager, you will work on short and intensive AI projects, where rapid iterations and customer adaptations are central. You need to be able to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time, manage multiple customer projects in parallel, and ensure that deliveries maintain high quality within set timelines.

The work will take place in-house at the client's office in Stockholm, but you will also have ongoing dialogue and meetings with customers, both digitally and on-site. An important part of the role is to act as the bridge between the development team and the client, understand the client's needs, and ensure that the project meets their expectations.

• Parallel project management: Drive multiple PoC projects simultaneously, from start to delivery.
• Agile working method: Rapid iterations and flexible adjustments based on customer needs.
• Customer contact: Ongoing communication and meetings, both digitally and on-site with the client.
• Teamwork: Collaboration with developers and AI experts to realize the solutions.

• Documented experience in IT project management, preferably within AI or open-source solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading PoC projects with a focus on rapid deliveries.
• Good understanding of AI in general, AI assistants/AI agents (meritorious).
• Strong communication skills and experience handling customer dialogues.
• Experience working agile and coordinating development teams.

Start: As soon as possible.

Scope: Part-time/full-time as agreed.

Workplace: In-house at a centrally located office in Stockholm, with customer meetings as needed.
