About the role

As a Supervisor for our domestic department, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and structured logistics process. You will lead a team of about 20 employees and be responsible for scheduling, planning, and daily KPI follow-ups. The role involves significant operational responsibility where you work closely with the business and identify areas for improvement.

Your tasks include:

• Leading and coaching your team to ensure efficient production.
• Planning and scheduling staff.
• Administering and following up on daily KPIs such as picking errors and production efficiency.
• Managing bookings in collaboration with the consulting manager and making daily orders as needed.
• Taking responsibility for meetings, rehabilitation discussions, and follow-ups.
• Optimizing processes and identifying areas for improvement within the business.
• Working operationally and being available in production.

Who are you?

• Experience in leadership.
• Strong administrative skills and experience with Excel.
• The ability to plan and structure work effectively.
• Confident and stable leadership with good communication skills.
• The ability to work proactively, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize workflows.
• A responsive and solution-oriented attitude - you pick up ideas and signals from the staff.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus but not a requirement.
