Reducero compares interest rates and brokers loans to individuals via phone and our website. We have over 50 employees across two offices who help customers improve their personal finances every day.

As a loan officer, you will be responsible for the first customer contact. You will assist the customer in creating an application over the phone and schedule a meeting with an advisor. In the conversation, you will need to understand and familiarize yourself with the customer's financial situation.

How much can I earn?

The commission is unlimited and is based on the number of loans you broker. In other words, it is entirely possible to earn a "full-time salary" even if you only work 12 hours a week.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has an interest in finance. You are competitive and driven by achieving goals. To succeed in this role, you need to be persistent and creative. It is important that you speak good Swedish and can explain to the customer how an application works in a simple way.

As this is a part-time position with evening hours, we prefer that you are studying and attending high school.

Working hours

5 PM - 9 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Guaranteed salary and commission.
