The home care service in Björna/Trehörningsjö is looking for new employees to the operation! We operate from our group premises located in central Björna and central Trehörningsjö. Welcome with your application!

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our users. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives support from us feels secure enough to stay in their home.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create conditions for good quality. We work with welfare technology aimed at increasing security, participation, and independence for our users.

Job responsibilities include personal care, assisting with household chores in users' homes, managing medications and wound dressings, documentation, contact person duties, as well as social and physical activities together with our users. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our users.

You will currently be placed in home care in Björna or Trehörningsjö. We also collaborate with nearby areas.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education related to the elderly and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and nursing is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required to be able to communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

A valid driver's license, category B, and access to a personal vehicle are required.
