We are now looking for a district nurse or a nurse to join Premicare Öbacka.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged district nurse or nurse to join our wonderful team during the summer with a possibility of extension. The work at the health center is varied and educational; you will meet patients in different situations and ages. With us, you will be part of a group consisting of 10 district nurses/nurses. Your work will involve performing medical assessments and treatments through both acute and planned activities. Acute assessments usually take place at the assessment reception where you triage and assess patients in close collaboration with a doctor. In the planned reception, you will meet patients for tasks such as wound dressings, injections/infusions, ear irrigations, and various skin issues. You will also work with telephone advice, where we constantly aim to improve our working methods and our accessibility to patients. You will work independently but closely collaborate with your colleagues who are available daily for advice and support.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, possibly with further education as a district nurse.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in primary care and if you have knowledge and experience in: telephone advice, cardiology, diabetes, emergency care, elderly care. We also see it as a plus if you have experience with the medical record system Cosmic and the IT system TeleQ.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team but also has the ability to work independently. You have a flexible working style and can handle varying workloads. Additionally, you are engaged in and take responsibility for your work. You are attracted to improvement work and have a solution-oriented approach.

Good organizational skills are highly valued.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Start date: 2025-06-01 or by agreement

Working hours/duration: General fixed-term employment until 2025-08-31, with possible extension. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
