About the assignment

We are looking for a dedicated property caretaker for a housing company in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be a central part of property management and ensure that tenants receive prompt and professional service. The work is entirely based at the client's premises, starting immediately and continuing until May 31, 2025. The assignment is 100%. This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include handling maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and performing minor repairs, all to create a safe and pleasant living environment.

• Maintenance and repairs – Address minor issues in apartments and common areas, such as adjusting heating systems, fixing broken appliances, and ensuring that technical installations function properly
• Maintenance requests – Receive, manage, and follow up on tenants' issues regarding heating, electricity, and other technical matters. If necessary, forward more extensive tasks to the appropriate department
• Inspections – Regularly inspect properties and common areas to identify and address potential deficiencies, such as smoke detectors, locks, and security details
• Tenant contact – Provide service-oriented assistance with questions and maintenance needs, as well as keep tenants updated on ongoing matters
• Administration – Document maintenance requests and ensure follow-up on actions taken

Your qualifications

• A property-related education as a property manager, property caretaker, property attendant, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have worked in a related industry such as construction, technology, electrical, plumbing, craftsmanship, or similar
• Driver's license B
• Experience in property management, maintenance requests, and preventive maintenance
• Previous experience in similar tasks, preferably at least one year
