As a Sales Leader at Coop, you will be a key person in the store and within your area of responsibility with customer satisfaction, sales, and continuous improvement in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating the best customer experience within your area of responsibility with joy of food and inspiration
• Delivering results based on the store's goals and key figures within your area of responsibility
• Initiating, leading, and driving various initiatives to improve profitability and results within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring that routines are followed in daily work
• Actively working with sustainable choices in the store

The position is a permanent full-time employment, 38.25 hours per week. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. A probationary period applies.
