We are a municipal multi-utility company where Borgholm Energi Elnät AB is the parent company and Borgholm Energi AB, which operates other businesses, is a subsidiary. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have an interest in the environment and sustainability? Do you want to be part of our team and build our new operations? We are now looking for you who want to become a waste expert at Borgholm Energi.

As a recycling worker, you are the face of our customers both as a driver and for those visiting the recycling centers.

As a driver, you will drive various types of transport vehicles to collect waste from both households and businesses. You are responsible for loading, emptying, and handling different types of waste and ensuring that this is reported back in the systems.

At the recycling centers, customer interaction is important, and a large part of the job is to help customers sort correctly. In addition to interacting with customers, you will also be responsible for receiving hazardous waste and filling out necessary documentation for invoicing and reporting. You will receive training in handling hazardous waste and other training that supports you in your work.

It is important to always be attentive to customers. Being able to explain and inform about sorting regardless of whether you meet them on the roads or at the recycling centers.

Another important task is to keep Borgholm Energi's waste facilities clean and tidy and to ensure that our vehicles are in good condition.

To ensure uniform routines and working methods, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues. Work environment and safety are central to our operations. We value teamwork and see good communication as a key to well-functioning teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a C driver's license and a valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate). Experience driving heavy vehicles and loaders, preferably in similar operations, and work in service professions is an advantage.

As a person, you enjoy meeting people and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have good physical ability and enjoy working outdoors.

To thrive in the role, you also need to be comfortable working with digital systems and tools.
