Aura Light is looking for a driven leader to optimize their logistics operations

About the position

As a team leader, you will have overall responsibility for leading the daily work within the logistics department. Your focus will be to ensure that the team delivers according to the production plan with the right quality and within the agreed time. The role also involves driving improvement work and collaborating with other team leaders to optimize our processes.

You will report to the production manager.

Responsibilities and tasks

Lead the daily work and capacity planning.
Ensure that the work environment is good – both physically and psychosocially.
Introduce and develop employees through structured onboarding plans and skills development.
Follow up on deviations and implement measures for improvements.
Lead meetings and participate in production as needed.
Ensure that routines and standardized working methods are followed.

About you

Formal qualifications

Have at least a two-year upper secondary education and training in BAM and SAM.
Have experience in production work, preferably in a leadership position.
Be accustomed to working with production and planning systems as well as Microsoft Office.

Personal qualities

Responsible and a role model for the team.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle stress and make logical decisions under pressure.
Empathetic and clear in feedback, with good self-awareness.
Drive to motivate and develop both the team and the business.
