Senior UX Designer at Västtrafik

About the Job

As a UX designer at Västtrafik, you will play a key role in developing our digital services for businesses and school administrators. The products are our most important systems for reaching corporate customers. You will work through the entire design process – from research and concept development to final design and testing – in an agile and cross-functional team alongside developers and other UX designers.

You will also be part of Västtrafik's UX network, where you will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and grow together with other designers within the organization.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a communicative person who enjoys collaborating with both developers and other UX designers. You want to grow and stay updated in UX, UI, and digital design. You take initiative and are solution-oriented with the ability to drive the design work forward. Furthermore, we see that you are unpretentious and goal-oriented, and by seeing the big picture, you create value for the organization.

Your Qualifications

You have a relevant education in the field and preferably at least five years of experience in UX and UI design for web and mobile interfaces (with a focus on web). You have solid experience in developing web services according to WCAG and accessibility standards and are familiar with agile working methods. You are used to collaborating closely with developers and working with design systems.

You master Figma as your primary design tool. If you also have knowledge of Matomo, Maze, Miro, and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.), we consider it a bonus.

Excellent Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.
