NWT Distribution AB, branded as NWT Direkt, is a company within NWT Gruppen AB that has a clear growth strategy for the coming years. Within the group, we operate in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are located in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.

NWT Direkt AB is a distribution company that distributes morning newspapers, magazines, and smaller packages in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started its operations on March 1, 2019.

We have about 350 employed distributors who deliver approximately 100,000 deliveries per night from Monday to Saturday all year round, using cars, bicycles, and on foot.

About the Role

As a distributor, you are the last link to our customers and subscribers, which is why it is important that you are responsible and can work independently.

You work at night, usually starting at 03:00, and after finishing your shift in the morning, you have the whole day free for other activities. Distribution occurs 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, and the size of the districts typically varies between 3-5 hours, depending on the area you are driving in and which distribution day it is. To learn the job, you will first practice in the district 3-4 times with a mentor.

Deliveries are made using the company's right-hand drive cars, all equipped with automatic transmission.

We are looking for someone who can work when our regular distributors are on vacation, as well as step in at short notice and cover longer absences in the substitute pool as needed.

Salary according to collective agreement.

About You

• You should be meticulous and have a strong sense of service.
• Be at least 18 years old
• Speak, read, and understand basic Swedish
• Have a personal identification number (or coordination number)
• Valid work permit in Sweden
• A Swedish driver's license is required for car districts
