About the Client Company

We are now looking for driven production workers for our client in Karlstad!

Your Responsibilities

For this assignment, we will place great emphasis on personality. Previous experience in industry/production is an advantage, but not a requirement! We prefer that you are meticulous, responsible, and have an interest in production. Your tasks will include:

• Working in a team to achieve production goals.
• Assembling and producing components according to work orders and specifications.
• Ensuring high quality through continuous quality work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven and has a strong work ethic. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to working efficiently even under pressure.

As a person, we would like you to be social and adaptable, which allows you to collaborate well with your colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment!

Your ability to handle stress and remain calm in hectic situations enables you to deliver good results even when the workload is high. You have a good ability to be punctual.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a B driver's license
• Have access to your own car.

You will initially be employed by Konsultia and spend your working days at our client.
