Senior Export Account Manager Wanted at Kee!

Kee is a world-leading player in piping bags for baked goods and dishes — we develop premium segment products for both professional users and passionate home bakers and chefs. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality, we supply customers globally with premium products. We are proud to have long-term collaborations with some of the world's leading players in the industry. Now we are accelerating and looking for a Senior Export Account Manager who wants to help develop our global business with us.

This is a role for you who have experience in international sales, business development, and working with distributors – and who now wants greater influence, broader responsibilities, and the opportunity to create real business value.

Your Role

As a Senior Export Account Manager, you will be responsible for solidifying and developing our export markets together with the sales and marketing team, with a particular focus on driving sales through distributors and partners. You act as both a strategist and a doer, from customer and market analysis to goal setting and closing deals, as well as ongoing relationship building with a long-term perspective.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and partners, both existing and new.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales in close collaboration with management and the sales team.
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities – from analysis to implementation.
  • Ensure business closures and drive the sales process from first contact to first order.
  • Participate in international fairs, customer visits, and events.
  • Be a bridge between marketing, production, customer, and logistics – with a full business focus.
  • Customers may have unique requests regarding volumes and packaging design under their own brand, then you coordinate internally with marketing and production to meet customer needs.
  • We deliver to over 80 countries, and you will have dedicated customers assigned to your portfolio.

About You

We are looking for someone with documented experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and it is a plus if you have experience in the HORECA or bakery segment. You have worked with or against the distributor level and are used to managing multiple markets simultaneously.

As a person, you are used to working independently and goal-driven – you thrive on responsibility and enjoy taking initiative. You have the ability to act both strategically and operationally.

We see that you have a good commercial understanding and are skilled at building long-term relationships, as well as being a confident communicator with very good English in both spoken and written form (additional languages are a plus), and good system skills.

In this position, you have the opportunity to participate in fairs and travel for work. Your placement is at our headquarters in Norrköping.
