We are looking for production staff for our client in the automotive industry in Skövde in the following areas: casting, machining, assembly, and logistics. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment. As a hired consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to better work processes, develop new products, and shape a sustainable future for our clients. We value the right attitude and the willingness to embrace new technology and efficient working methods.

We are particularly looking for you who have an interest in industrial work, whether you are at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in production, assembly, logistics, or other industrial roles.

Important for the position:

• Enjoy working physically and preferably have experience working with your hands
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks at a set pace, which provides conditions for quality work
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Passed in Swedish 1, Math 1, and English 5. This must be attached with the application.

Meritorious:

• Forklift license
• General system understanding
• Enjoy working with troubleshooting
• CNC/NC/Robot training and/or work experience

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates in the process.
