About the position Your main tasks will be to assist customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate and private customers. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person. In addition, you will also report rental agreements, handle emergency calls, and perform other common office tasks. The position also includes the delivery and check-in of cars. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. The start date is as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled according to the station's opening hours, and evening and weekend work may occur.

Important for the position

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Completed 3-year high school
• 1–2 years of work experience in service both over the counter and via phone
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• B driver's license
