Evening Manager for Warehouse in Southern Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced and driven evening manager for our client's warehouse for the evening shift, where you will lead a team of 13 people and ensure efficient workflow while meeting quality requirements.

The position involves both leadership and operational tasks, and you will play a vital role in maintaining high productivity and quality in the warehouse south of Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

In the role of evening manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and motivating the team during the evening shift (12:00–21:00, weekdays). You will be responsible for ensuring that the workflow runs smoothly and that all tasks are completed according to set goals and quality standards. This means you will conduct daily follow-ups and reporting via our Power BI system, as well as analyze and act on data to optimize work.

As evening manager, you will also be responsible for quality assurance and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. When necessary, you will be on the floor working directly with the team to support them in their tasks and ensure that processes are followed correctly. It is also important that you work proactively to prevent problems and identify areas for improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in logistics or a similar industry.
• High school education and experience in logistics, preferably with further education in logistics leadership.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with using IT systems, especially MS Office and Power BI for reporting and follow-up.
• A strong interest in numbers and data-driven follow-up.
• Forklift license is a requirement.
• Experience with ADR goods (hazardous materials).
