We are looking for an engaged and responsible night receptionist interested in a developing summer job between the period of June-August.

As a night receptionist, you will be the hotel's face to the outside world and responsible for ensuring that guests have a safe and smooth stay during the night hours. Professional pride is our guiding principle, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle check-in and check-out of guests, payments and cash management, bookings, answer phone calls and emails, administrative tasks, and be responsible for fire and safety during the night.
• The position involves night shifts and weekend work.

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Previous experience in other service-related jobs
• Education in hotel and tourism is an advantage
• Good knowledge of various digital tools and systems
• Desirable knowledge of Opera, Cenium, Hotsoft, Mews, HMS, or similar booking systems
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Comfortable working alone
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus).
