We are looking for a dedicated and structured Access Specialist for Arlanda Airport!
The access area includes parking, buses, taxis, trains, and rental cars. In addition to travelers accessing the airport, there are a large number of people working at or near the terminals or around the airport.
In the role of Access Specialist, you will have a responsible and exciting job where you are responsible for driving and specifying attractive and functional parking and public transport areas. Your main focus will be on buses and trains, where functions and capacity, as well as service, technology, quality, and accessibility, are in focus.
What does the role entail? In this role, you will work to deliver the right customer benefit to our travelers. This is done by developing our business and analyzing and continuously improving follow-up activities in process work together with process teams and business process owners.
In addition to daily operations, you will also participate in strategic planning and development, as well as upcoming and ongoing access projects at the airport.
You will specify internally and externally to ensure that:
- There is capacity and availability in all our access areas.
- Cleaning and corrective maintenance are adhered to.
- Signage is correct.
- It is safe and secure for our customers and staff.
You will come to a workplace characterized by teamwork, community, and cohesion.
The position is based at Arlanda and travel may occur in the job. Who are you? We see that you have a B driver's license and several years of experience in a similar role such as project management, planning, or logistics related to the public transport industry. Requirement for good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as meetings and documentation will take place in both languages.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to traffic regulations.
- Previously worked from a business perspective with associated customer contact.
- Worked with processes or quality in some form.
As a person, we see that you have an engaged and communicative working style and are motivated by business-oriented work and development. You are good at handling multiple issues and tasks simultaneously, are open to change, and solution-oriented. To thrive in the role, you need to have good social skills, as the position involves contact with several internal and external partners.
