Are you passionate about visual communication and want to inspire the creators of tomorrow? Fridhems Folkhögskola is now looking for an engaged and structured teacher in Graphic Design and Illustration!

As a teacher in Graphic Design at Fridhem, you will be part of a creative and dynamic team consisting of 16 dedicated teachers. You will work closely with a colleague to develop and drive the education. The position offers great freedom and independence in the design of the work while collaboration with colleagues and others is a central part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide students in illustration, drawing, and visual communication
• Supervise project work and lead creative processes
• Organize and carry out exhibitions
• Together with a colleague, be responsible for the planning, management, and development of the education
• Administrative tasks related to teaching
• Collaborate with other programs and teachers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant artistic and/or pedagogical education at the university level
• Broad experience and knowledge in graphic design, illustration, drawing, and visual communication
• Has good pedagogical skills and a genuine interest in teaching
• Is structured and has good administrative competence
• Can work independently and take initiative to develop the education
• Has a good ability to collaborate and values a creative and inspiring work environment

Employment Conditions

Permanent position at 70% with a 6-month probation period. Start date August 11, 2025. The position is mainly performed on-site in Svalöv.
